Tires are tracked and monitored, cost per kilometer calculated to ensure proper tires are used for each application.
Corghi Tire Changers prevent scratches or damage to rims when dismounting and mounting tires.
Rims do not lay on the floor when changing tires.
Tires are aired up to seat the bead laying down to ensure proper bead seal, then put in safety cage.

Micrometer

We micrometer all steering rims, this does a precise lateral run out on the rim. Through experience we have determined many wear or vibration problems are caused by out of tolerance rims. By ensuring rimes are true to manufacture specs, tires will mount and balance accurately. This will increase life of tires and eliminate down time and warranty claims.

Balancer

After micrometer measurement and proper installation the next step is accurate tire balance. We use the Michelin recommended Coats 6401 Computerized Balancer. Our mounting and balance procedures have eliminated a large percentage of premature wear or wear patterns. Less downtime and better tire life equals money in your pocket.

2 drive thru bays

All trucks and trailers are brought inside the shop. Bringing trucks inside to install tires ensures wheels and hubs are clean and dry when installing and torquing. Wheels are all torqued by calibrated torque wrench, torque wrenches are certified and calibrated yearly.
